Executed a high volume, multi platform content system across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, delivering consistent, high quality posts each weekday.
Content was built around structured weekly segments and clear creative direction, ensuring every piece served a purpose—whether that was educating athletes and coaches, reinforcing brand authority, or driving engagement.
By maintaining consistency and quality at scale, this system created a reliable daily touchpoint with the audience and strengthened OFFTHEFIELD’s presence across platforms.
Produced long form educational content for YouTube and Spotify designed to provide meaningful value to athletes and coaches beyond short-form constraints.
This content focused on in depth demonstrations, detailed coaching cues, and practical drill breakdowns—giving viewers the clarity and confidence to apply what they learned immediately. By removing time limitations, episodes allowed for deeper explanation, intentional teaching, and authentic conversation around training philosophy and performance strategy.
This strengthened rapport with coaches both inside and outside our immediate network, reinforced the credibility of our methodologies, and positioned OFFTHEFIELD as a trusted voice in performance training.
Designed and built a fully in house studio, then managed every stage of the content pipeline including recording, editing, publishing, and distribution. Over two years, produced 28 long-form episodes while developing a scalable short form strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
By repurposing long form conversations into consistent, high impact clips, the podcast generated hundreds of thousands of views and strengthened OFFTHEFIELD’s digital presence within the performance training space.

Documented competitions and sporting events where our athletes and teams were competing. The goal was to capture moments of success, show support for our athletes, and collect valuable content that could be used across the brand’s digital platforms.
These events provided opportunities to create high quality visuals that celebrated the athletes, highlighted the coaching staff, and showcased the strength, speed, and agility developed through the program. The footage and photography also became a valuable library of content used in social media posts, testimonials, and promotional videos for the facility.
